David began his career as a contractor, and was a principal owner with Coddington, Swarm & Schott Construction prior to receiving his architectural degree. He earned his Washington State Architects License in 1976. After working with the City of Pullman Building Department, David joined Rowe Harris and later became a partner with Dave Harris, renaming the firm The DOH Associates. While with DOH, David has been at the forefront of local organizations promoting the quality of our built environment. He is currently a member of the Design Committee for the Wenatchee Downtown Association and a member of the Historical Preservation Commission for the City of Wenatchee. David is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Construction Specifiers Institute.
Native to North Central Washington, Paul interned in Seattle during the summers and worked for an architect during the school year while attending WSU. He earned a Bachelors of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies in 1986, graduating cum laude. After graduation Paul continued to work for LPN in Seattle, focusing on designing industrial and business parks, including work with Boeing and Bucher Aerospace. In 1992 he joined The DOH Associates to work on educational projects. In 1996 Paul became a Principal in The DOH Associates.
A 1978 graduate of Washington State University, Gale started his career with The DOH Associates early in the firms history. With the exception of 4 years of experience with other firms, he has worked exclusively with The DOH Associates. Gale is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail and skillful day to day managment and coordination of the Design Team's work. His ability to accurately translate owner requirements into a concise document for construction has helped avoid needless change orders and delays. He is an example for others to follow at The DOH Associates.
A student at Washington State University, Erick has interned with The DOH Associates since 2007 and offers contemporary concepts and additional manpower to our staff.
